Polyimide Fiber Bragg Grating
Polyimide optical fibers are different from traditional acrylic-coated optical fibers. They have a higher temperature adaptability range, allowing the operating temperature range of the optical fiber to reach up to 300℃. They have advantages such as better temperature linearity, better bonding and welding performance, and lower creep than acrylate. Our company has the ability to recoat the grating area when engraving polyimide optical fibers. This enables FBG to have a wider operating temperature range and higher temperature linearity.
